The 918 Spyder is a plug-in hybrid supercar that combines a racing-derived 4.6-liter V8 and electric motors on the front and rear axle. It provides a combined power output of 875hp (887ps) with battery packs that can be plugged in to be charged. All of it is nestled into a carbon fiber reinforced plastic monocoque and a CFRP body.
