Venturi presented at the 2010 Paris Motor Show its new electric car, the America. The Venturi America is a new-era “buggy”, a high-powered lightweight vehicle with a chassis that has been specially designed to suit its particularly high body.

The model from Venturi borrows its engine from the new Fétish, the VM300, with over 300 hp and torque of 380 Nm. Derived from that of the Fétish, the America's chassis has been treated to specific development.
