Ariel has performed some upgrades to its now famous Atom to create the new Atom 3.5. The major changes include LED front and rear lights, a new interior, and more rigid chassis.
The Atom 3.5 has new LED projector headlights and LED taillights; Ariel reformed the car's hood, but the details are slight.
The biggest change to the Atom 3.5 comes from Ariel learning that drivers are using their Atoms on the roads more than they used to. The standard 2.0-liter Honda four-cylinder engine is used and this supercharged version gets changes to the intake, engine mapping and fuel system to produce 310hp.
Inside, things are still quite bare, but there is a new LCD display for speed, RPM gear indicator with built-in programmable gear shift lights and an optional data logger.
