is hoping for its third consecutive win since 2011 in the Spa 24 Hours GT race and its third win in a 24-hour GT race this year after wins in the Nürburgring 24 Hours and 24 Hours of Daytona. There are seven Audi R8 LMS UltrasR8 LMS UltraAudi R8 LMS UltraGermany, 2012 > present6 photos
entered this year from three teams, including several with factory Audi drivers.

The 24-hour race is run around the entire 7.004 km (4.352 miles) circuit on July 27 and 28. This year's race has 73 entrants that are all in GT3-class cars from nine manufactures. There are three classes separated by the driver skill of each team - Pro Cup, Pro-Am Cup and Gentlemen Trophy. The race is also the final round of the Blancpain Endurance Series for the year.

“This year, Spa will again be the most impressive GT3 race you can imagine. This concept simply works well. Following the two victories we celebrated there, it’s in the hands of our teams this year to clinch a good result for Audi. We’re supporting the commitment with a few factory drivers who enjoy competing in this race," said Audi Motorsport Director Wolfgang Ullrich.

Audi's favorite to win is the #13 Belgian Audi Club Team WRT that is driven by Edward Sandström, DTM champion Matthias Ekström and 24 Hours of Le Mans winner Marcel Fässler.

Other teams have drivers that include Le Mans winner André Lotterer, DTM racer Rahel Frey, Audi Le Mans driver Oliver Jarvis
