Audi Sales on Pace for Record in 2013

is on track for a record year with sales up 7.5% from January to October to 1,312,700 cars. For October alone, sales increased 6.7% to 131,950 cars. Sales grew in all of the major regions.

In October, European sales grew 1.3%; North American sales grew 9.6% and Asian sales grew by 14.4%.

China has become the company’s largest single market with roughly two-thirds of the sales of the entire European market combined. Sales are up nearly 20% for the year.

“With very positive development in the UK, the United States and China, we increased our sales in all regions around the world in October. In doing so, we are continuing our global growth pattern,” says Luca de Meo, head of sales at Audi.

in Europe, and it plans to launch it in China and the US in 2014. In November, it is launching the RS7 SportbackAudi RS7 SportbackGermany, 2013 > present4 photos
in North America and plans to raise the popularity of the RS brand there.
