The ACEA, the European Automobile Manufacturers Association, has released its monthly report on EU auto registrations, and things are down for the 14th consecutive month.
In November, EU consumers registered 926,486 cars, which is down 10.3% compared to last November. The UK posted an increase in registrations of 11.3%, but the rest of the major markets were down. German registrations were down 3.5%, France down 19.2%, Italy down 20.1% and Spain down 20.3%.
Registrations for the year so far from January to November have been 11,255,094 cars, which is down 7.6% compared to 2011. The UK was also the only major market to increase sales for the year so far. It is up 5.4% for the year. German registrations are down 1.7%, Spain down 12.6%, France down 13.8% and Italy down 19.7%.
