“The interest [in the last sale] was enormous, both in Sweden and internationally. With the last cars now being sold we expect an equally high level of interest from Saab enthusiasts," said Per Blomberg of the KVD auction company where the cars are being sold.
These will likely be the last new Saabs ever available. All of the cars available were built between 2010 and 2012.
Included in the sale is a 9-5 Aero Turbo6 XWDSaab 9-5 Sedan Turbo6 XWDSweden, 2010 > present2 photos
, which were considered the top of the range of the final generation 9-5. They were powered by a 300hp turbocharged V6 with all-wheel drive and just a handful were completed before the company went out of business.
