has set a goal of selling 1 million cars annually, but it knows that it may take a decade to get there. Its shorter-term goal is to sell 750,000 cars a year by 2020. In 2012, Jaguar Land Rover sold 357,773 cars worldwide. It has sold 176,451 cars worldwide through May of 2013.

"Reaching 1 million sales will place us with the world's other leading automotive luxury brands. It is ambitious, but rightfully so. We have caught the attention of others, who may have seen us as a niche brand,” said Lindsay Duffield, president of Jaguar Land Rover Canada.
