Ever since the launch of the Pagani Huayra, everyone has been waiting for the announcement of the roadster version. Well fans and buyers won't have to wait much more as Pagani is already publishing teasers of the car, which is set for unveiling at this year's Geneva Motor Show, in March.
Until now
Pagani has released two images of the upcoming Huayra Roadster. One of the images was used for Christmas greetings and shows the car from above, while the other one is a more disguised picture showing the front end.
The Huayra Roadster will basically be a standard Huayra with its top chopped off. However the engineering team will for sure work on specificities of the open top version. There are still questions about whether the supercar will have a folding fabric roof, a collapsible hardtop, like the
Ferrari 488 Spider for example, or a removable solid roof panel. If it follows the same concept as
Zonda Roadster, Pagani will definitely opt for the latter one.
Another doubt is whether it will get the standard engine featured on the Huayra or the one recently launched with the
Huayra BC.
More information should be announced closer to the Geneva Motor Show, or maybe we will have to wait for the press days in Switzerland.
