Peugeot sold 19,400 208s in December, which gives it a 7.8% market share of the B segment market; that puts it above the latest ClioRenault Clio Gen.4France, 2012 > present92 versions

. The 208 topped sales in its segment in France, Spain, Portugal and was the second best seller in the Netherlands. 

Even better for Peugeot's profits, 38% of 208s sold have been the top level 3 and 3+ trim levels. 

In the coming year, the 208 will launch in Russia, Brazil and Argentina. Sales of the 208 GTI and XYPeugeot 208 XY 1.6 Vti BVM5 France, 2013 > present8 photos
will begin in Europe very soon as well. 

The 208 is sold with 11 engine options - six petrol and five diesel.
