range, the engine hands the GT3 RS the capacity to reach 100km/h in 3.3 seconds, 200km/h in 10.9 seconds and a top speed of 310km/h. The average consumption announced by Porsche is 12,7l/100km, with CO2 emissions of 296g/km. The 911 GT3 RS includes a declutching by "paddle neutral" function and also a speed limiting by the Pit Speed, features that give the driver more freedom in terms of driving dynamics, while also providing more assistance when driving on a circuit

Building the new 911 GT3 RS, Porsche introduced innovations to reduce vehicle weight. For the first time the roof is built in magnesium and engine and boot compartment are made in carbon fiber. Other components are produced in alternative materials. Thanks to these changes the RS is about 10kg lighter than the 911 GT3911 GT3Porsche 911 GT3Germany, 2013 > present5 photos

The bodywork is based on the 911 Turbo911 TurboPorsche 911 TurboGermany, 2013 > present but receives specific aerodynamic appendages. The front spoiler and the huge rear wing reinforce the radical look of the GT3 RS. A 30 centimetre wide recess extends centrally over the CRFP bonnet and the magnesium roof. This feature is a stylistic reference to the recess on the luggage compartment lid of the classic 911 models with air-cooled engines. Another unique feature are the air outlets of the front wheel arches which extend to the top.

The interior design of the 911 GT3 RS, with elements in Alcantara, is based on the current 911 GT3 and receives bucket seats inspired on the 918 Spyder. The Club Sport Package is included as standard and includes a roll bar bolted behind the front seats, preparation for a battery master switch, separately provided six-point safety harness for the driver and fire extinguisher with mounting bracket.
