. To put the car back in the spotlight, SRT is built a limited run of 50 Viper GTS models with Anodized Carbon paint.
The cars are set off by their special silver metallic matte exterior paint. In addition to the special paint, the cars also get five-spoke wheels painted in Black Vapor Chrome, a gloss black GTS badge, Satin Black exhaust bezel, Anodized Carbon fuel filler door, orange brake calipers, carbon fiber brake ducts and a carbon fiber rear applique.
The interior features an Alcantara-covered headliner, door bolsters and knee panel. The seats, door trim, center console and instrument panel are covered in Nappa leather with orange stitching. There are also carbon fiber trim pieces on the center console, door panels and steering wheel.
“We’ve been waiting for the right time to use this striking new exterior color at the Chrysler Group and as the flagship for the SRT brand, the Viper is the perfect vehicle to showcase this combination of finishes and details to create such a unique look,” said Ralph Gilles, SRT President and CEO.
Mechanically, the cars are identical to a standard Viper GTS with an 8.4-liter V10 with 640hp and 600lb-ft of torque.
Sales of the 50 cars will begin in January.
