History, Development and General Characteristics

The third generation of the Mini had significant alterations. Its codename was changed to from ADO15 to ADO20 because of that. The doors were larger, and the hinges were hidden for the first time. The windows ceased to be sliding and were now inserted winding windows at the constructor demand.
