Bertone was founded in 1912 in Turin, Italy, by Giovanni Bertone. The road wasn’t easy for Bertone, since the WWI forced him to close the repair shop. After the war, Bertone resumed his work and worked for most of the main carmakers exiting today, styling very popular models, from Fiats to Alfa Romeos. Nowadays however, Bertone’s future is uncertain. Struggling with financial problems, Bertone is open to offers from third parties.
