Buick is one the oldest north-American luxury car brands. It was founded in 1903 by David Buick, in Detroit. In 1908, Buick was bought by William Durant and was the base for General Motors success, a group in which it still remains today.
Historically known for building large sedans, Buick has expanded more recently its range of cars to SUVs and Crossovers. Its models are marketed in the USA, Canada, Mexico, China, Taiwan and Israel and re-badged versions are sold by other GM-divisions in Asia, Australia and Europe.
