Introduced in the market in 2004, the Caterham 7 CSR 260 is the 1st generation of the sports car model. At a cost of £43.800, it is the flag-ship of the line-up. The version is powered by a front-mounted petrol 2261cc engine with a power output of 264 hp at 7500 rpm and a maximum torque of 271 nm. Regarding the performance of the roadster , it reaches a top speed of 230 km/h and takes 3.15 seconds to go from 0 to 100km/h.
