about this car

The Nissan Esflow Concept is presented at the 2011 Geneva Motor Show. With this study, the Japanese brand attempts to demonstrate that it is possible to apply the electric technology of the Nissan LEAF without  compromising the performance and driving experience of a sports car.

The Esflow two-seater concept is a pure electric vehicle. It is powered by two electric motors placed above the axis of the rear wheels, in a mid-ship position. By chosing this engine positioning, Nissan was able to centralize the mass of the car and increase the range of this vehicle to more than 240 km on one single charge, using the same laminated lithium-ion battery packs used in the Nissan LEAF. According to Nissan, the Esflow reaches 100km/h in less than 5 seconds.  It features a long bonnet and a compact cabin, which puts the cabin on the car’s centre of gravity.
