The Italian car company Fiat is headquartered at Turin, Italy, and produces automobiles and engines, while providing industrial and financial services as well. Giovanni Agnelli and a group of investors opened the “Fabbrica Italiana Automobili Torino” (FIAT) in 1899.
Starting with automobile manufacture only, Fiat’s productions eventually expanded to industrial and agricultural vehicles as well and today the Italian brand has several factories outside Italy, like the ones in Brazil, Argentina and Poland.
