The GMC Yukon is a full-size SUV from General Motors. GMC rebadged the full-size Jimmy as the Yukon in 1992. A luxury Denali model joined the Yukon lineup in 1998. As of 2002, a Denali version of the Yukon XL was also available as the Yukon XL Denali.

The latest generation of the GMC Yukon was launched for the 2007 model year. A hybrid version of the Yukon was introduced in the following year. The 2007 GMC Yukon features a new grille, headlights and hood. Also the Yukon Denali received a facelift in the same year. The Yukon Denali and the standard Yukon differ on the exterior only by the chrome grille and chrome accents. Other differences are the chromed headlights and the Vortec 6200 engine also available in the Cadillac Escalade.
