Gordini

France (1939 - 1969)

Founded by Amédée Gordini, nicknamed "Le Sorcier" (The Sorcerer), in 1939, Gordini was a French sports car manufacturer. In the first years of existence the company worked together with Simca but later became a tuner of Renault engines. Renault would finally take over Gordini in 1969.
