Released in 2005, the Honda Ridgeline is a mid to full size sport utility truck and was the first attempt from Honda in the North American pickup truck market. The model won the Motor Trend's Truck of the Year award in 2006.
Based on the Acura MDX platform, alongside the Honda Pilot, the Ridgeline was shown in concept form as the Honda SUT in 2004.
