about this car
At the 2010 New York International Auto Show Infiniti revealed the third generation of the QX model. The third generation is available in different versions: Infiniti QX56 2WD and Infiniti QX56 4WD.
The 2011 QX is powered by a 400-horsepower 5.6-liter V8 engine with Infiniti’s VVEL (Variable Valve Event & Lift) and Direct Injection Gasoline (DIG™) system. It is fitted with a 7-speed automatic transmission that is responsible for a 25% increase in horsepower and more than a 10% increase in fuel economy, comparing with the 2010 QX.
The third generation QX was the first Infiniti model to feature the new Hydraulic Body Motion Control system that helps to reduce body lean while turning, offering a more comfortable trip.
