The Toyota iQ was first presented at the 2007 Frankfurt Auto Show as a concept vehicle. In 2008 at the Geneva Auto Show it was introduced and set to go into production and reach the european market in January 2009. The iQ is available with a 5- or 6- speed manual transmission and models with the 1.33 litre engine already include start/stop system. The mini car will be sold also in the United States of America as the Scion iQ.   more
