At the 2010 Pebble Beach Concours D’Elegance Concept Car Lawn Jaguar put on display a design project, part of the year celebration of the brand’s 75th anniversary: the XJ75 Platinum Concept. With this concept car, Jaguar’s design team demonstrated the customization potential of the new XJ luxury saloon. The XJ75 Platinum Concept emphasizes Jaguar's interior and exterior styling themes.

The XJ75 Platinum Concept is based on a high-performance 470-hp 2011 Jaguar XJL Supercharged and received a new ground-hugging front, rear and side sills. The Jaguar Concept comes with a contrasting black and white livery. With Satin Matte Pearlescent White as base colour, the XJ75 Platinum has exterior chrome elements in either either a dark chrome or gloss black and the bespoke 22-inch wheels are black and use a brushed contrast finish. The contrast continues inside with the gloss pearlescent white air vents, veneers and diamond stitch suede inserts to the seats and headliner. At the centre console the XJ75 Platinum Concept features a clock developed and designed in partnership with the Bremont Watch Company.
