Introduced in the market in 2010, this Kia Carens 1.6 CRDi 3 is the 1st generation of the MPV model. At a cost of £18.995, it is the flag-ship of the line-up. Powered by a 1582cc engine, this version has a power output of 126 hp. Relative to the other variants of this model, this multi-purpose vehicle achieves the lowest power value. The multi-purpose vehicle reaches the 100km/h mark in 12.3 seconds at a top speed of 179 km/h. With a combined fuel consumption of 5.7 l/100km, the CO2 emissions are fixed at 149 g/km. Driving this car is cheaper than all the others in this series. This MPV has the lowest fuel consumption which makes it the most fuel-efficient in this generation. It has a boot volume of 2106 l. The luggage space can be extended by using different seat configurations.
