The Kia Carens 1.6 Vision was launched in 2010. It is the 1st generation of the MPV model. Powered by a 1591cc engine, the version has a power output of 126 hp. The Carens 1.6 Vision is the less powerful version of this series. The engine has the lowest horsepower value of all the versions in this line-up. The multi-purpose vehicle is able to reach a top speed of 178 km/h, boosting from 0 to 100km/h in 11.6 seconds. The engine is mated with a 5-speed manual transmission. With a combined fuel consumption of 7.2 l/100km, it emits 174 g/km of CO2. It has a boot volume of 322 l. The luggage space can be extended by using different seat configurations.
