Introduced in the market in 2011, this Kia Rio LX is the 2nd generation of the subcompact model. CO2 emissions are becoming increasingly more important in car’s efficiency. The version is the most eco-friendly car of this series. It produces the least amount CO2 emissions.

In 2001 Kia Motors introduced a new model to its lineup: the Kia Rio. The model is currently in its thirdgeneration and has been produced in both five-door hatchback and four-door sedan body styles.
The Rio was unveiled in 2000 to replace the first-generation Pride, a rebadged version of the Ford Festiva, and the Avella, a subcompact sold as a Ford in some markets.
In 2005 Kia introduced a second generation Eio based on a redesigned platform shared with the Hyundai Accent.
