First introduced in 2009 the Kia Sorento 2.4 Attract 2WD is part of Sorento's 2nd generation, with the code name XM. Powered by a 2359cc engine, the model variant has a power output of 174 hp. The performance of the Sorento 2.4 Attract 2WD is reflected on the top speed of 190 km/h and acceleration from 0 to 100km/h in 10.5 seconds. This vehicle holds the record for top speed in this series. It is the fastest version in the line-up. The engine is mated with a 6-speed manual transmission.
