The last Murciélago rolled off the production line on May 11, 2010. With 4099 units produced the Lamborghini Murciélago is one of the most successful super sports cars of all time.

The extreme design of the Murciélago was always accompanied by extreme performance, exact handling and outstanding high-speed stability.
Throughout its nine years of production Lamborghini continiously developed the Murciélago further. With the Murciélago Lamborghini showed its increasing expertise in lightweight engineering and in working with high-tech carbon-fiber composite materials. Since the beginning its structure was a mix of extremely stiff carbon-fiber components attached to a steel frame.
Still in 2010 the Italian brand launched the Murciélago LP 670-4 Superveloce, which marked the finale to the story of this super sports car. The last Murciélago produced in May was an LP 670-4 Superveloce with “Arancio Atlas” paintwork and headed to Switzerland.
