The Momo Mirage, was a sorts car born from a dream of an American real estate millionair, Peter S. Kalikow, in love with European cars. After some consulting with Alfred Momo, team manager of Briggs Cunningham, and visits to the most important European car industrialists, they choose Pietro Frua to design an elegant, high quality four-seater coupé that could rival with the most luxurious European automobiles. High production costs and the economic crisis dictated the death of this project. Only 5 cars were built. One of them was shown in the 2009 Concorso d'Eleganza Villa d'Este – Lake Como.
