Introduced in 2004 as a replacement of the Morgan Plus 8, the Roadster is a sports car manufactured by Morgan Motor Company. Identical to its predecessor, the Roadster only differs from the Plus 8 in its Ford V6 engine.
The 3.0-litre Ford Duratec V6 engine produces similar power, though less torque, and is slightly lighter than the Rover V8 it replaces giving the car increased performance and better fuel economy.
