Ufficine Nardi was founded by Enrico Nardi in Turin, Italy. Back in 1932 Enrico Nardi, together with Augusto Monaco, created the Nardi-Monaco Chichibio and in 1948, he opened a workshop with his partner Renato Danese to build racing cars, prototypes and specials. Only in 1951 Enrico Nardi established his own company to manufacture prototypes and tuning equipment. Ufficine Nardi ceased work on car prototypes mid-1950s.
