Nazzaro & C.Fabbrica di Automobili was established by Felice Nazzaro, a racing pilot, in Turin, Italy, in 1911 to build racing cars. In 1913 Nazzaro won the Targa Florio race but the company had a poor organization and accumulated financial losses that led to its bankruptcy in 1916. Felice Nazzaro made an attempt to revive the brand after WWI, moving the factory to Firenze. Despite winning the 1920 Targa Florio race, the company did not survive the post-war difficulties and stopped production in 1923.
