Audi release Q3 sketches

Audi has released a series of sketches indicating what the all-new Q3 should look like ahead of its worldwide debut at the 2011 Shanghai Auto Show.

No details have been released by the manufacturer so far – the only knowledge circulating is that the small crossover will take its engine and transmission from the Volkswagen Tiguan.

As the vehicle is slated for a 2012 release, details such as powertrain, cost and trim levels will hopefully be revealed in Shanghai. The Auto Show opens for the press on April 19 and the public on April 21.
