Audi Exclusive editions in the first quarter of 2013. It will go into mass production slightly later. Audi first showed the SQ5 TDI as a concept in June. It will be the first diesel-fueled Audi S car. The truck will be on display at the Paris Motor Show. 

The limited production SQ5 TDI Audi Exclusive is identical to the concept that Audi showed in June. All 50 will be painted Aral Blue crystal effect paint, xenon plus headlights with LED running lights, 20in wheels and roof spoiler. Like all Audi S models, it has a single-frame grill. Inside, the Exclusive edition has Pearl and black two-tone leather seats, Alcantara headliner, aluminum trim and grey instrument dials.

The SQ5 TDI is powered by a twin-turbocharged 3.0-liter diesel with 313hp and 650Nm (479lb-ft) of torque.  It accelerates the truck to 100km/h in 5.1 seconds with an electronically limited top speed of 250km/h. Fuel consumption comes in at 7.2l/100km. It is mated to an eight-speed automatic transmission and comes standard with torque-vectoring Quattro.

The Audi Exclusive version of the SQ5 TDI will only be available in Europe and cost €74,520 plus applicable taxes. The regular version which will come a few weeks later will cost €47,385. 

Production of the SQ5 TDI Audi exclusive concept is limited to 50 vehicles, and the price in Germany will be €92,000. It will be launched in the first quarter of 2013 together with the SQ5 TDI, which will be available from dealerships for €58,500. Both of these prices include 19% German VAT.
