Nissan unveiled an updated Juke Nismo RS at the 2014 Geneva Motor Show with a power increase and also some visual changes.
One of the main upgrades in the Juke Nismo RS can be found on the engine that suffered an 18hp output increase compared to the previous version, up to 218hp. However the more powerful engine remains the same 1.6-liter DIG -T with torque also increasing to 280Nm. The Nismo RS is available in both front wheel and four wheel drive with the help of a manual six-speed Xtronic gearbox or a CVT with paddle shifts.
Other mechanical changes incorporated by Nissan include a new limited slip differential in order to improve traction and larger brakes with ventilated discs at the rear.
In terms of looks the new Juke Nismo RS received new front and rear bumpers, plus a new grille with the V-shaped corporate design of Nissan. The car also shows thinner daytime running lights, 18 inches alloy wheels and a sport exhaust.
Inside, the Nismo RS received Recaro sports seats and a fake carbon fiber trim.
