The Oka is a microcar built by AvtoVAZ (better known as Lada) as of 1988. The company was established in 1966 by the Volger River, in Russia, as a result of a joint venture between Fiat and Russian Technologies (a stated owned company). The Oka was not manufactured at AvtoVAZ plant, but at SeAZ (Serpukhovsky Avtomobilny Zavod) factory in Serpukhov, by the Oka River, which game the name to car.
