Officina Stampaggio Industriale SpA was established by Arrigo Olivetti and Luigi Segre in Turin, Italy, in 1960, initially to produce automobiles designed by Ghia, which was owned by Luigi Segre. As soon as 1962 the company soon became more independent and started building its own cars. During its short life, OSI produced saloons, sports cars, buggy-type cars and estates. In 1968 ISO was taken over by Ghia and ceased car production, though remaining in business, mainly in coach building.
