Henri Pescarolo was a race driver who competed with success in the Le Mans Series. In 1999 he decided to start his own team: Pescarolo Sport. The main goal was to create sport cars for endurance races. The team has achieved the second place in 2005 and 2006 at the 24 Hours of Le Mans. In October 2007, Henri founded Pescarolo Automobiles by buying Saulnier Racing. The Pescarolo Sport became a division of this new company.
