The SXC was a concept vehicle developed by Peugeot which was unveiled at the 2011 edition of the Shanghai Motor Show.

Designed at the China Tech Center- one of Peugeot’s Style Studios - the SXC (Shanghai Cross Concept) is a SUV which aims for the refinement of upmarket saloon vehicles. The measurements of the SXC’s simply styled body are a length of 4.870m, a height of 1.610m and a width of 2.035m.

Some notable features are a part of the SXC’s exterior including a ‘floating’ grille which appears as though it is separate from the bodywork, and ‘feline’ LED headlamps which echo Peugeot’s trademark lion emblem. Other exterior features are tapered mirrors with embedded rear view cameras, 22 inch wheel rims, a two-part panoramic roof and reverse-hinged doors.
