The Series 4 Aston Martin V8, otherwise known as the ‘Oscar India’ V8 series, was released in 1978 at that year’s Birmingham International Motor Show. The fourth series of the V8 stayed in production until 1985, when a total of 352 ‘Oscar India’ units had been built.
