Siata (Societa Italiana Auto Trasformazioni Accessori) founded by Giorgio Ambrosini in Turin, Italy, in 1926 to modify and tune cars from Fiat. The first Siata car was produced in 1949. Manufacture stopped in 1970 due to serious financial problems and in 1974 the company and all the rights were sold to ORSA and the brand was discontinued.
