Stewart was a Formula One team founded by Jackie Stewart in 1996. It participated in F1 Championships from 1997 to 1999. The last year was the most successful for the team: it won one Grand Prix and conquered the 4th position in the Constructors Championship. The team started with Ford’s support, but in 1999 Ford decided to invest a little more and bought Stewart Grand Prix, naming it Jaguar Racing for the next season. In 2005, it was sold to Red Bull Racing.
