The iV-4 compact SUV concept was unveiled by Suzuki at the Frankfurt Motor Show.
The iV-4 is meant to be rugged but easily personalized by owners. The “i” in the name stands for individuality, the “V” stands for vehicle and the 4 represents four-wheel drive.
It features chunky styling with long, straight lines and a clamshell grill. The headlights extend the grill to the edges of the car and below them are LED running lights that flank the lower grill. Along the side, the top of the car is painted in gloss black, and the rest is painted Brilliant Turquoise Metallic. Suzuki says that a production version would offer a wide array of exterior parts to customize the car, as well as numerous color and texture options.
The production version would offer the lowest CO2 emissions in its class. It would come with torque vectoring four-wheel drive for improved handling and traction.
