The Suzuki Kizashi (キザシ) is a compact 4-door sedan marketed since 2009. In North America it is sold since 2009, in Australia and New Zealand since 2010 and in India since 2011. Its predecessor is the Suzuki Forenza.

The Kizashi has a front engine, front-wheel or four-wheel drive layout and is offered with a 2.4 L I4 engine. Available transmissions are a 6-speed manual or a continuously variable transmission (CVT). The Kizashi is Suzuki's flagship model. Its name Kizashi is Japanese, meaning "omen". The model is available as a high performance version, the Kizashi Apex, as well as an electric hybrid vehicle, the Kizashi EcoCharge.

Suzuki was established in 1909 by Michio Suzuki in Hamamatsu, Japan as Suzuki Loom Works. Initially building weaving looms for the silk industry, Suzuki invented a new type of weaving machine, that was exported, filed 120 patents and utility model rights. Despite its success Suzuki felt the need to diversify his company and so after doing research on current consumer's demand, he decided to focus on building a small car.
