Digital artist Laurence Gartel will have his 1982 Mercedes 380 SLMercedes-Benz 380 SLGermany, 1980 > present on display at the New York Auto Show with its psychedelic paint job. Gartel will drive the car from South Beach in Miami, Florida, to New York to display at the show from March 27 to 31.

Gartel has been producing his psychedelic, digital art for the past 35 years and has worked with Andy Warhol, the band Blondie and Britney Spears over his career. His work is in the collections of the Museum of Modern Art, Smithsonian, Bibliotheque Nationale Paris and the V&A Museum in London.
