has released the first real image of its Q30Infiniti Q30Japan, 2014 > present concept that it plans as a premium hatchback that will enter production around 2015. It will reveal the car at the Frankfurt Motor Show on September 10. 

The concept is actually quite similar to the sketch that had been shown earlier. It is meant to combine dynamic design and sportiness in a premium package. It is also meant to show the future for Infiniti design. It is a lot of pressure for a little car. 

The shape of the car is meant to defy classification because of the way that the roof connects with the body. It is certainly a hatchback, but it could masquerade as a coupe easily. There are also supposed to be crossover elements in the design, but those are harder to define. It believes that by combining the traditional design queues, it will attract more buyers. 

Infiniti is not saying anything about the power for the Q30 yet, but it will announce more in Frankfurt.
