Audi is showing at this year's Frankfurt Motor Show the new generation of the S4. The German brand unveiled the Sedan and Avant versions of the flagship
A4, which will reach the market more powerful but also more efficient than their respective predecessors.
The new S4 receive a new turbocharged 3.0-liter V6 petrol with 354hp and 500Nm of torque. Although more powerful, Audi engineers were able to make the engine more efficient than its predecessor.
In the case of the
S4 Sedan the engine allows the car to reach the 100km/h mark in 4.7 seconds and a top speed of 250km/h. Combined with an automatic eight-speed, the announced consumption is less than 7.4l/100km with CO2 emissions of 170g/km.
Regarding the design, the image remains identical to the range of other S models. The S4 gets a new grille with single frame, 18-inch wheels and front bumpers with larger air intakes. The rear bumpers received four integrated exhaust pipes and the two versions get exterior mirrors with chromed finish.
