planned for the North American International Auto Show, but it is getting some minor updates.

All models of the Viper will not be available with a pearlescent lime color called Stryker Green. The paint takes eight hours to complete with a base coat, green-tinted coat and clear finish. Cars in Stryker Green will be available in February.

The Viper will also be available with a new Grand Touring Package that adds standard Nappa leather seats, new paint options, five-mode electronic stability control and two-mode DampTronic Select suspension supplied by Bilstein. The upgrades were previously only available on the Viper GTSSRT Viper GTS Launch EditionUnited States of America, 2013 > 2000 trim. The Grand Touring package can only be ordered in Stryker Green or Venom Black.

“We’re continuing to develop and build unique, low-volume, special-edition colors for the Viper that adds to the exclusivity of our American-built flagship supercar,” said Ralph Gilles, President and CEO of SRT.

SRT is also showing a version of the Viper wearing performance parts from Mopar including a carbon fiber X-Brace, carbon fiber rear wing and extended carbon fiber front corner splitters. The parts will all be available in 2014.
