Introduced in the market in 2007, this Toyota Hiace Van L is the 5th generation of the utility model. This model variant is powered by a front-mounted diesel 2494cc engine with a power output of 117 hp at 3600 rpm and a maximum torque of 294 nm. When compared to other versions in this generation, the van (panelvan) is fitted with the smallest engine. The performance of the Hiace Van L is reflected on the top speed of 152 km/h and acceleration from 0 to 100km/h in 18.6 seconds. The car has good values it terms of speed when compared to the other versions on this series. It is the fastest version with a higher top speed. The engine is mated with a 5-speed manual transmission. With a combined fuel consumption of 8.5 l/100km, the CO2 emissions are fixed at 224 g/km. Driving this car is cheaper than all the others in this series. The Toyota has the lowest fuel consumption which makes it the most fuel-efficient in this generation.
